As CEO of Standard Chartered Bank Vietnam, she achieved record profitability and growth while driving cultural renewal, inclusion, and sustainability. Her leadership has been recognised through numerous accolades, including the INvolve Hall of Fame, Top 50 Asia Pacific Women Leaders, and ESG awards from the Vietnamese government.
 
Today, as Founder and CEO of Who Says I Can’t, a Singapore-based management consultancy, Michele partners with leaders and organisations to envision the future, navigate transformation, and build resilient, purpose-driven teams. She remains deeply committed to mentoring the next generation of leaders and fostering inclusive, empowered workplaces that turn vision into action and ambition into achievement.

Graeme is a transformation and operations specialist who helps organisations turn strategy into sustainable results. Known for his collaborative leadership and disciplined approach to risk and performance, he partners with clients to streamline operations, enhance governance, and drive measurable business improvement. His focus lies in bridging strategy and execution—delivering operational excellence, financial discipline, and people-centred change across complex, multi-market environments.

With an extensive background at the Managing Director level in Global Financial Services, Graeme has led high-performing Global Markets operations supporting products across Credit, Rates, FX, Commodities, and Equities, as well as Securities Services including Custody, Funds, and Trustee operations. His leadership has spanned the USA, UK/Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Asia-Pacific, overseeing teams of more than 1,000 staff across 16 countries. His record includes driving major improvements in client experience, operational efficiency, and risk mitigation, consistently aligning execution with strategic intent.

Beyond his corporate leadership, Graeme brings deep consulting expertise across Financial Services, Energy, Automotive, Government, and Telecommunications sectors—delivering transformation in client experience, people development, and organisational performance. He is also a dedicated mentor and educator, having trained leaders at Capgemini Consulting, lectured at Strathclyde University on marketing and digital innovation, and guided startup founders through the Founder Institute to achieve investment and growth success.
